Joseph B. LaRocco, 50, has represented and advised hedge funds, private and public companies, broker-dealer firms, investment bankers, and high net worth clients. He has advised these clients in the areas of hedge fund formation, obtaining a public listing, angel and venture capital financing, state and federal securities regulation, restricted securities transactions, private placements, compliance and due diligence.

Mr. LaRocco has advised investment managers on numerous trading, regulatory, compliance and anti-money laundering issues. He has structured and formed domestic and offshore hedge funds, has represented hedge funds in many private placement transactions, and has worked with hedge fund attorneys, both onshore and offshore.

Mr. LaRocco has also advised clients on numerous matters including the structuring of private and public investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, drafting financing documents and negotiating with investors. Joseph LaRocco is currently General Counsel of LeadDog Capital L.P., a New York based Hedge Fund located on Wall Street. Mr. LaRocco is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law and Pace University.
