Joseph B LaRocco

Joseph B LaRocco, 53, has represented and advised hedge funds, private and public companies, broker-dealer firms, investment bankers, and high net worth clients. He has advised these clients in the areas of Equity Line Funding hedge fund formation, obtaining a public listing, angel and venture capital financing, state and federal securities regulation, restricted securities transactions, private placements, compliance and due diligence.

Joseph LaRocco is currently counsel to Equity Partners Fund SPC which provides equity line funding to public companies and private companies in the process of going public or looking to complete a reverse merger. Equity Partners Fund SPC is a segregated portfolio company established under the law of the Cayman islands. It is not a hedge fund and does not take outside investors capital. It's principal funding structure for publicly listed companies is the equity line funding structure.

Mr. LaRocco has advised investment managers on numerous trading, regulatory, compliance and anti-money laundering issues. He has structured and formed domestic and offshore hedge funds, has represented hedge funds in many private placement transactions, and has worked with hedge fund attorneys, both onshore and offshore.

Joseph LaRocco has also advised clients on numerous matters including the structuring of private and public investment transactions, equity line facility funding, mergers and acquisitions, drafting financing documents and negotiating with investors. Mr. LaRocco is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law and Pace University.
