Joseph LaRocco is currently US Counsel to Equity Partners Fund SPC which has several segregated portfolios to make investments in Europe, Brasil, Australia and Asia. Joseph LaRocco has been involved in many equity line funding transactions which are structures used to provide funding to publicly listed companies.
